First visit from our technician was last week..he diagnosed our furnace and said he had to order the part. A week later..(today) he returned and replaced the part and I now have heat again 🤗 He was quick and efficient..Thank you Joe!

The tech was knowledgeable on the appliance. He corrected the issue and even fixed something else he noticed was wrong. I usually have to sign a work order. I didn't have to this time. Not sure how I feel about that.
