Oscar arrived at the scheduled time, and was able to diagnose the issue in a few minutes. He gave me options for the repair and I chose to install the replacement part myself, as it was something I could do. I thanked him for the info and proceeded to use the automated payment system which was very convenient. I highly recommend Oscar and this company.
