Follow up to my previous review. The home warranty company was able to get Sears Appliance Repair to come back out to service our stove. Joseph came out listened to our concerns. Performed an analysis of the oven and then explained to us that though our concerns were understandable, we were mistaken in our perception that the oven was over heating. Having never measured the temperature at the time of the initial setting being reached we didn’t realize how hot the oven gets - so heads up fellow LG owners. Set it for 400 the stove can reach 480+ before settling down between 380 and 420. Thanks Joseph for your patient explanation.

while I would not recommend the AI phone or on line to get the scheduling done - once it was all sorted the tech Oscar was excellent. He did a great job - very quick, explained everything and even delivering bad news (the flood killed my washer) he was great. I would highly recommend him.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON. Admittedly it was a stroke of luck to log on it 2:00 p.m. and get a 5:00 p.m. appointment on the same day especially on a friday. But the technician arrived did an excellent job diagnosing the problem had the right parts in the truck to fix the problem and fix the problem in 20 minutes flat. Absolutely outstanding
