Dallas was very friendly and found the problem quickly. I thought the charge for a new belt and labor was a bit steep.$300 labor for an hour’s work

My technician was amazing and professional. He was polite and efficient. Sears home services was frustrating to deal with through an outside warranty company. They rescheduled me six times with no way to talk to a human in between. It took over a month and a half for a simple dryer repair. But again, my technician was amazing and kind.

Rubin was Amazing however your customer service is aweful. They were to arrive at my home by Noon. They never came until after 2pm and my husband lost time through his work. This cost us over $100.00 dollars and I know we will not be able to regroup this.
