My husband bought the party he was told to purchase for the fish washer to work, but it still isn't working after he attached it.

Window was between 8-12. Text came thru saying tech was on way. Two updates. Second one said 10:34. Tech arrived at 11:15 then I could see him eating in his truck. I get they need lunch but you’re already 45 minutes late. I was already waiting for 3 hours. Tech comes in and says without looking at the back just the info sticker says it’s the compressor. Says it’s under warranty which we knew. Gives us the estimate for replacing it. Way too much even with compressor covered. Ridiculous. Still have to pay $136 for him telling me what we already knew from a previous tech at another company. Didn’t do anything but look at the sticker and punch in numbers on his phone for a total of maybe 10 minutes at most. I feel we shouldn’t even have to pay the $136. Total joke. Tech was friendly just late and don’t do anything.

Very unprepared, came late on Friday about 5:15pm. Installed new parts and said "check in 24 hours to see if this works". He had no equipment to even do a check on my Refrigerator where as the first guy came in totally prepared.

Paid $538 for a repair, then the dryer stopped working 2 weeks later. I was told that the control board went out and it is no longer available. So I needed to buy a new dryer. $538 paid for nothing. Also after the first repair visit, I was quoted $234 for parts. I went on Amazon and looked up the parts, and they were $53. So I feel like I got ripped off on the parts. Never again. No more Sears Kenmore.

Paying $130 to tell me they can't order the needed part is not acceptable Then trying to get me to purchase warranty plan If they would have been able to get the part I would have had them fix it But don't charge me if you can't do anything

I just went through a terrible customer service experience .The most rude unprofessional people that I’ve had to deal with. Besides being deceived when they first arrived by signing something I did not read and went along with their explanation that it was to verify their service arrival. When the technicians listen to my dryer problem, Joe stated that doesn’t sound bad. I then told him that was unacceptable that that noise isn’t correct. After taking apart the unit and replacing the police system as they were reattaching the unit, I noticed Joe broke a piece of plastic inside my dryer. He took the plastic piece and put it in his pocket. After he was done assembling the unit, I asked him for the plastic piece that he broke off of my dryer, that was put in Right hand pocket he basically ignored me, walked out to his truck with his stepladder and would not respond to my request numerous times. I then asked them about the moisture problem that became a parent after the last technician was there. Joe stated I have a condo association, maintenance person that should look at it. I then asked him why he did not put in the ball bearing system? He stated was not needed and he took the part with him. And at that point, he said have a good day and left. I have had this dryer attempted to be fixed 6 Times. I hope this is the last time and I would never like to see those two technicians in my condo again for any purpose. Rip off. They say they will remove the $129 call fee if you have them do the repair. Then they claim it was a call center that agreed to that, not them. Gave me a card to call which did not allow you to talk to a person. Total scam.
