Very thorough and professional.
Victor has been to my home 2 times. In both situations he has been very professional and informative. I have had numerous problems with receiving the wrong parts or the wrong replacement parts. He has been on top of getting to the bottom of the issue and clearing it up so my dishwasher works properly. I appreciate his dedication to his customers and his job. Great employee!

Richard was a pleasure to have as a tech. He is personable, friendly yet knowledgeable and extremely efficient. I have had a terrible experience with Choice Home Warranty and will not be continuing on with that company. However, Richard resolved the issue he was sent to fix and I cannot compliment him enough for his professionalism, which solely reflects on him, nothing to do with Choice Warranty.
