John is very knowledgeable when it comes to his work. He explained to me that since the parts to my dishwasher were no longer available, what he ordered did the trick. It is up and running again and I am very pleased. It did not take him long to complete the task; within 30 minutes. Thanks.

Kevin was a skilled and knowledgeable technician. He checked the areas of concern in terms of the drum rotating, took time to check and repair. Also checked concern about film on the inside of dryer on the drum. Excellent work and respectful. Arrived early which was great for me.
