The technicians were very nice and very helpful. The machine is working and is fixed, but now I see a big metal spring. Every time I open my door the rubber wasn’t properly sealed underneath the bottom and now they’re a minor scratches during the process of the repair of a new washing machine that my child bought me as a birthday gift I don’t understand how a new machine motor blows and now I have scratches with a metal spring on the outside of the rubber. I’m very sad paid a lot of money for this machine. My daughter did and it took three months for you guys to come out and fix it after sending parts and parts and parts.

Initial visit/diagnosis of the noise from our dishwasher required parts to be ordered, which came promptly. The returning Technician was very professional and did a great job getting the parts in. He answered my questions and the finished repair was successful.

Rubin is very competent and courteous. He fixed the problem and returned everything just as it was. However, the 8-5 window is outrageous. And the first appointment I had was cancelled at 1:00 the day of, after waiting, taking the day off work, tearing apart the laundry room….. Then had to wait another week and a half to get service!! And reminder after reminder daily both texts and emails!!! And don’t forget to press “1” or they’ll cancel you. I’d hire Rubin but never A&E again
