Overall rating

Service tech was somewhat professional. The problem was not resolved due to the mother board being out dated by 10 years supposedly. Don't by GE products for that reason I think. I paid $130 for a problem that wasn't fixed.

I’ve been dealing with the refrigerator for 5 months still not resolved. However the Technician has been patient and knowledgeable. Hopefully sometime soon we can get the issues resolved.
