Oscar was very professional and did an excellent job explaining the problem with my dryer and repairing it. . He went out of his way to give me other helpful advice about a couple other appliances. If every Sears Appliance repair is like Oscar, I would highly recommend them!!!

12/24/2025 I'm highly NOT SATISFIED with SEARS. The first technician came out last week and fixed my dishwasher to where it would cylce through but was not able to dry due to a part that broke. 12/24/25 The second technician came out and now my dishwasher dont work at all. Im pissed off! I expected my dishwasher to be fixed by the holiday. I got an email stating that my dishwasher would need to get moved in order for them to fixed it, but damage could occur and Sears would not be responsible for the repair cost if it was damaged. This is crazy! Im pissed!!!! Unfortunately I have to deal with Sears due to my home warranty. Update- 01-22-2026 Sears came out and installed a new Dishwasher at no cost. So far I am highly satisfied. The technician were friendly and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job. This is old review. I will continue to update wherever I need services. today, my appointment to fix my dryer has been canceled 2 times. Both days, I had to call in from work. The next appointment is next week, and I will have to call in from work again. I will update the review next week to provide more feedback. Edit: 06/02/2025 The repair mechanic was very nice and knowledgeable. The dryer has been fixed since the last appointment. So far, no issue
