Technician Ruben was outstanding in every way. However Sears sent bad parts twice and we were without service of our washer for 4 weeks. Also there was no way to communicate with a real person at Sears to provide helpful info to the technician before his arrival. Sears needs to fix these issues.

Tech was nice but not able to dx the problem and guarantee the fix. A new stove would be cheaper. My stove is less than 2 years old. So sad. This is a toss away society
