He explained what the issue was and offered 2 solutions but I told him I rather he do it versus me trying myself glad he gave me that option and I'm glad he fixed the issue and also said I need a ice catcher because a part broke on that and they didn't carry that part he said I could get it thru Amazon thank you for se ding such competent tech great work thank you.

They were able to come same day whereas the certified repair people couldn’t come for a week. They were also half the cost and Rubin was incredibly professional and showed me exactly what was wrong.

Rubin arrived on time, fully explained what he would do and what the charges would be. He then quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue with our clothes washer. He left the laundry area cleaner than when he arrived. Great job Rubin!
