John, the service repair person was polite, well trained, very helpful, and did excellent work. He was the best of the best. I would recommend his work to anyone.

Rubin was friendly, explained things well and completed the job. I would definitely recommend him to others. That said, my appointment was scheduled yesterday. The time of my appointment kept getting changed to be later and later. After many, many arrival time updates, ultimately, my appointment was rescheduled by Sears for the following day (today). This was very frustrating as I took the afternoon off of work to be here yesterday and had a 1-5pm window. It was after 7pm when I received the message that nobody would be coming to the house and that I needed to take a second afternoon off of work to accommodate Sears. Very inconvenient and immensely frustrating. Rubin, was not the original technician scheduled yesterday and in no way would he have been responsible for constant change updates. Again, Rubin was wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable.
