We have a washer that won't start. He explained we need a new control panel. He showed up timely and explained the process to us. He was professional and courteous. I highly recommend him for any services.

I am not able to reach anyone by phone or physically going to the supposed address for Sears Home Services. I canceled our repair and now I have NOT been able to get a refund!

Sears service has really improved over the last year. The service call was scheduled very quickly (within a few days), the technician arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the part, which he had on his truck. WOW! Nice job. Very pleased.
