Worst technicians ever didn’t do anything for $130. They looked at it never put their hands on it and then when I called customer service they’ve even lied and told them that I was pricing with other people and that’s why I didn’t go with them no I didn’t go with you because you didn’t do anything. All you did was stand there and look at it for 130. I expect you to lease open up the washer. Look at the drone. Make sure all my components are good and ready to go or needing replacement. You did absolutely nothing I will be disputing the money with the bank and getting my money back because services were never rendered.

I had to pay $135 to have repair person to come out to tell me the repair would be over $600 for my washer. Repair person was laying down watching videos on how to repair. I put the problem (bad bearing/loud noise) in description and would have appreciated being reached out to tell me that the estimated cost. I would have cancelled appointment and just bought a new one which is what I did anyway. Do not use this service and company, not worth it.

The technician was scheduled to come out 3 times. The first time was a no show. The second time he came close to 6:00 and tried to do a rig up to get it started and came to the conclusion that it needs to be replaced, ok. Now the third time he came, (I’m expecting the garbage disposal to be replaced like he said on his second visit), but he close to 6:00pm again, tried the same rig he tried the last time, never replaced anything and said my electrical was bad, (lied). So I wasted 3 whole days and still no fix. This warranty is a scam. DO NOT waste your money on the warranty. I’m canceling as I type this now. Sears is garbage

I placed the initial work order on July 9th. The technician was scheduled for July 11th with Sears’ extremely unrealistic service window of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. On the morning of July 11th, I received no updates until around 4:00 PM, when I got a text stating the technician would not be coming. The technician finally came on July 16th, diagnosed the issue, and ordered a part that was supposed to arrive the next day. I was told they would return on July 18th to complete the repair. The part arrived on time, but Sears canceled the appointment. Since we were leaving town for two weeks, I rescheduled the repair for August 8th. I received text reminders for the appointment, again with the same unrealistic 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM window. On the morning of August 8th, I got a text that the tech would arrive around 8:04 AM. By 10:00 AM, with no technician in sight, I decided to install the element myself. At 10:20 AM, the technician called to say he was on his way. I told him not to bother, as I had already completed the repair myself. My main issues with Sears Home Services are: 1. Unrealistic scheduling window – Expecting customers to be home for a nine-hour block is unreasonable. 2. Unreliable service – Multiple cancellations and delays without timely notice. 3. Lack of communication – No realistic ETA updates until it’s too late. 4. No customer service access – All phone numbers route to automated systems with no option to speak to a real person. If I ever need appliance repair again, I will not accept Sears as the contractor. This was the worst service experience I have ever had.

We did not have an good experience. The technician was fine, but we were given very little time to make a decision on whether to repair or replace our washer. I would go with a local repair company and would not use them again.

Technicians were a no-show to two different scheduled service repairs (one was an original service request, the second was a reschedule). Zero communication on the day of each service repair as to the technicians tardiness and eventual absence. I had to call customer service multiple times to ascertain the status of the technician’s estimated arrival, only to be quoted false arrival estimates repeatedly, ultimately resulting in another attempt to reschedule. Work with a smaller, local repair shop. They’re far more likely to keep their word. Genuinely horrible experience.

When we took the maintenance plan both washer, and pedestal washer was covered now when the technician came he said it's not covered. You and your company is cheating the customers
