Service was terrible. Have been trying to get my washer fixed for 8 weeks and they keep coming and throwing parts at it and one time even no showed one time. Still isn’t fixed.

I completed the online form to schedule an appointment to have a Weber grill evaluated that had been knocked over by a vendor at my son's house. They called the day of service and said the driver was "pulled off the road". Rescheduled for an 8 AM to noon service. At 9:25 AM I received a call from the driver saying they don't work on Weber grills. They work on any other gas grill??? So I called to ask why they accepted the appointment with the detail that it was a Weber gas grill? They called the local dispatcher and said the driver would be coming. After three more calls to them they said they would have to cancel sonI had wasted 5 hours waiting. On two separate calls I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said the supervisor was busy and would call back. Never called back. Cancelation received in email after 5 PM. Supervisor never called back. Horrible customer service. I would never use this service.

Going on 4 months of trying to fix my washer. Between wrong parts and the Incompetent tech it’s a living nightmare! Zero accountability, zero customer service! Zero stars do. Not recommended!

When you have issues that fall out of the 3 categories offered on the recording you are out of luck! One always gets the recording run around. Then the folks they sent to fix the furnace did not fix it. Tried to call numerous times can't speak to anyone. Cancelling the Home Warranty not worth trouble and head aches!

I asked for a morning service call and was assigned 12:36pm which was acceptable. Then I received a text informing me David would be coming at 1:13. At 1:36 I was told he would now be arriving about 2:29. He actually did arrive about 2:00 pm. David was unaware of how to lift the cover on the top of the unit to check for the serial number. He actually brought a drill to loosen the screws. Luckily I was able to open the cover. David was then unable to find the serial and model number. When I suggested he call Sears, he said Sears was unable to troubleshoot a GE Monogram refrigerator. I told him I was not going to pay for a service call since David did nothing and knew nothing about a GE refrigerator. Not only did he cost me time away from my job, significant delay in arriving at me home and subsequent loss of income, but he showed me his inability to deal with the problem. Sears service makes it nearly impossible to speak with a service technician prior to coming to the home. Sears service customer service is extremely inefficient.

The individual came and indicated that he would not be able to fix my dishwasher because it has a copper fixture. We purchased this unit through Sears, installed by Sears, and serviced by Sears maintenance for the duration I have owned this unit. The units pump was replaced in September but the technician never informed us then. Neither did they tell us about the Sears policy where technicians would not work with copper fixtures. We were told that this has been a long time policy. The technician could not provide me any additional details. There is no way to validate what he told us. I will appreciate any help. Thanks!
