I thought the Dishwasher was okay. However, the Door still does not stay closed. I ran a cycle, It worked for a while (about 30 min) - then the door opened during the cycle - causing the washer to stop mid cycle causing the Beeping alarm to go off. I'll need to make another repair appointment Getting very frustrated. Follow-up: John was excellent at explaining the problem(s). Although the problem was beyond repair, I feel comfortable with the advise John suggested. Thanks again John.

He was professional and helpful There is No Way to speak to a Human or any customer service representative regarding bills or service issues. I was told over and over again via text messages to call a phone number and was never able to reach anyone. It’s a constant loop and then you’re hung up on. AI service is totally useless and not customer service worthy. I was not satisfied with this portion of sears repair. After the repair man left my freezer Still did not work So after four different trips out by sears repair men my freezer is still not working. A new one came out Friday 10/17/25 and now I have a new completely different story on why my freezer won’t work. Now he’s saying my ice maker suddenly died after not using it and it working on Monday the 13th when the third repair man came out. I’ve never been SO Mad and infuriated at a company before that does Not fix your products like requested and then finds some other excuse why something doesn’t work. I’ve had to take multiple days off to wait all day to get something fixed. They even stood me up one day notifying me at 4:00 pm that they couldn’t make it after I was stuck at home all day . Terrible service

Logan was great. He completed the washer maintenance procedure and explained it to me as he did it, which was very much appreciated. BUT my dryer needed a new heating coil and the scheduler on the phone said Logan would bring it and fix the dryer today, but that was wrong. The part was shipped so I had to wait another week to get the dryer fixed. Logan came back again and fixed it nicely.

Service was great once the service person arrived but the service which was scheduled for a Thursday was canceled in late morning and rescheduled for Saturday. On Saturday we were advised by email first that the service person would arrive around 11:32 and then a message was sent at 11:28 that he was on the way. He did not arrive until 3 pm and no one notified us of that delay. There also was no phone number for us to call and talk to a person to find out what was happening with our appointment. We live in Illinois and were planning on going back to Illinois on Thursday. We had our car packed and waited all day for service without any notification from your office regarding the delays while receiving misleading info about the service person’s arrival. As I said, the actual service by the repairman was great. He was courteous and very helpful and explained everything to us regarding the repairs needed and how we should proceed to order the needed part and schedule the repair service. I would suggest that you provide a phone number so customers could talk to a person regarding the status and timing of their service call. Thanks for giving me a chance to express my opinion.
