Travis was polite, and down to business. He replaced both switches and encountered more problems. After a long trouble-shooting ordeal the trouble is in the burner hookup & wiring assembly which is no longer avalable from Jenn-Aire or any where else. So we are going to live with what we have untill it goes compleaty to shit,then replace the whole unit. Not Sears Appliances Repair fault, but I would appreciate my second $100 Ded. returned as this was an ongoing repair that was not diagnosised sooner not after 5 or 6 visits with out any possitive results. I realize you are not obligated to return my deposit just as I am not obligated to continue my subscription to Sears Appliance Repair. Thank You and looking forward to a continued relationship.
