Worst customer service ever! You can never talk to a person. It is all automated. They came 4 hours early and no one was home, so they left rather than come at the scheduled time. There is NO WAY to talk to a human to fix this. They responded with an apology (via text that you can't call back to) and gave me a phone number....TO THE SAME AUTOMATED ROBOT! It's been 3 days, and I still can't talk to a person to come fix the washer. I can't explain to a person that the repair man came at the wrong time, and I missed time at my job to be there. So frustrating. Every number involved is a robot, with no "option zero" or anything to talk to a person.

Everything is automated and you cannot talk to a human. We had an appointment for 4:00 p.m. and they showed up at noon. Took a picture of my door and said they were sorry they missed me. There was no way to contact anybody to explain what happened and get it cleared up so that they actually came at 4:00 as the schedule still said. When someone from Sears finally called to ask why we weren't there, I explained the situation and they gave me a phone number that took me to another robot that will not let me get the problem fixed. They offered me a plan into buying regular service from them. Absolutely not and will not call back to reschedule! Now I went another full day without appliance repair when I could have called someone else who actually showed up.

Don’t use!! They give you a 8 hour window and reschedule at last min , this was the second time! You can’t get ahold of person on the phone or online. It’s a joke !

Literally call for a repair it's all ai chat.... and when you go to schedule something says no slots available at this time

I'm not sure how to truly rate this company. Rubin who did the repair was fabulous. But, the scheduling was horrific. Both ladies i spoke with were very rude. Only 1 option for a repair date. My husband and I work full-time and only have one day available was very inconvenient. I took the date and had to go in several days in a row to attempt to reschedule. I was able to but very inconvenient. I am not sure I would buy a warranty plan again or even buy from Lowe's again.
