Sears customer service plan is horrible! They couldn’t book an appointment sooner than a month & a 1/2 out. Then they messed up the work order sending the technician w a work order that said he could only work on the washing machine. When it was the dryer that was broken. So I had to call Sears warranty back and explain to them. They needed to get a technician out there as soon as possible. They sent them there the next day, which he fixed, but none of it was covered under warranty like they claim in their program. I had to pay out of pocket. You can’t get through to an actual representative when you do call them! The technician did do a good job but he said he is just the middle man. Sears customer service and home appliance warranty program better step it up!

Too expensive for the repair done. $50 part and a $400 1/2 hour service call for labor???? That’s $800 per hour?!?!?! NEVER AGAIN… unacceptable! No military discount ??? Smh

This is a scam number. DO NOT CALL! They will try to sell you a "monthly warranty". The techs don't know what they are doing.
