Excellent service
The technician who came out to fix my washing machine was outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and arrived right on time. Al notices
The repair man was great. Very knowledgeable and very pleasant. I am not a fan of your AI system. Richard would contact me to change our appointment. When I responded, nothing happened. When they called me on the phone she would expect a response, but did not respond to confirm. So I didn't know if she got it or not. Also, sometimes she would cut out. AI is not always the best. Real people are better.

Washing machine repair
