Great service!
After no repair shop was willing to even review my riding lawnmower repair, I reached out to Sears and I was able to have a same day service call to review the issue. Diagnosis was done on the spot, part ordered and 1 week later, my mower is back in business. Randy was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Timothy did a very good job.
As for our experience with sears- we were rescheduled three times before we got someone here to look at machine! And trying to talk to a human was a total nightmare. As I said Timothy was very nice and professional. I hope someday he finds a better company to work for!

Randy has been to our home at least three times over the years.. I know that he is excellent at his job and all 5 of my appliances ( washer, dryer, range, dishwasher and refrigerator)are functioning perfectly.. a 5 star technician..
