Technician was great! Communicative, timely, friendly and definitely very qualified and experienced. This was covered under my home warranty so I just had to pay the service fee.

The tech was great- friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and made the repair with no issues. The same cannot be said for the AI scheduling system which had scheduling and communication issues.

Sears technician Pat was very knowledgeable, Friendly and explained the problem and the resolution needed to fix the problem. He then came back and fixed the problem, tested to make sure the washer was working properly before he left. We are very happy with the service we received.

Smart guy. Knew exactly what needed to be fixed and gave us great tips. Even adjusted the feet of the washer so it doesn't "walk" all over the laundry room anymore
