I appreciate them showing up, as the original appointment no one showed up, or called to communicate with me. I had to call the day after schedule service and reschedule, and wait 2 extra weeks. The job eventually got done

Gary the tech was great,he explained everything and answered questions,one thing I don’t understand my crisper drawers in my side by side are broken and they aren’t available for ordering but, they aren’t replacing it,a fridge with only one drawer that can be used is not much good, I have had my protection agreement with Sears for over 50 years and I have never had a problem until recently hopefully we can get it resolved. I am still thankful for my protection agreement! I appreciate the service I get! God bless all of you!!
