This company was chosen by the warranty company to complete the repairs on my sharp dishwasher. My appt was rescheduled 3 times.. so 4 weeks later.. on the "4th appt" with them, they told me they do not work on SHARP Appliances & still did not come out to look at it! ??? This should have been expressed b4 the first appt! So frustrating! Don't waste your time with them. This was through a Lowe's Appliance extended warranty.

Sears appliance warranty is the most bogus warranty out there. My washer has been broken for 3 months and they are unable to figure out what it wrong with it. Ordering new parts or the wrong parts. Sears has the most horrible customer service! If I can do no stars, I would. Unacceptable!! Do not recommend

Alex replaced the parts but left without checking to make sure the stove was fixed. It is still not functioning. In fact it is functioning even worse than before he came.

Eduardo was supposed to do preventive maintenance on my microwave. He never showed up. I was getting updates when he would arrive all day. He never texted or phoned to tell me he wasn’t going to be here. Very poor service!

No communication all day long. Technician was due at our house between 8:51 and 10:21am. There was no call to confirm or let us know when anyone would arrive. We only received any communication when AHS rescheduled our service @ 2:58pm when Sears canceled their visit to us. Super confused as to why no one from Sears contacted us nor gave us a # to contact them to arrange or confirm service. WOW….

The technician is nice. But he was sent for a wrong problem. We need our washer fixed, not a refrigerator.
