Refrigerator repair assessment was the reason for the appointment. Brian was timely, was able to quickly assess the problem with my refrigerator and assist me with pros and cons of repairing or replacing. Immediately upon entering the house, Brian engaged with our family dog, he was intentional about developing rapport. Of course the dog thought Brian came to see him. The service call fee was well worth it. Thank you.

The service was great the service man knew what to and was done repairing my dishwasher in less than 5 min. The only thing that I could complain about was that it took three service calls before I finally recieved a service man.
