Gabriel was sent to my home to evaluate an issue with my microwave. He was very polite, friendly and professional! He assessed the situation immediately and patiently walked me through how it should be taken care of. He is an excellent technician and I would highly recommend him!!

Adam worked hard to resolve our issues. Turns out it was the mother board which they don't make any more. I would like a refund of the service paid because the problem was not resolved. So please refund the amount paid less the service call fee.
