The response was great, we received a confirmation before the insurance confirmed the appointment. The tech came to our home, we needed a part. The part had to be ordered, the tech made an appointment to come out again. We received a call that the part was in early, they called and came to fix it earlier than the scheduled appointment. This is the second time we have used Sears for an insurance claim. The first time was after we had the run around from a local tech for almost 6 weeks, we asked for another company and Sears assisted to resolve our issue at that time. They ended up fixing it then, we received the same great service this time too. WE TOTALLY are happy with this company's services and repair team. We won't go anywhere else.

Brian (aka Michael) was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the issue with our range and we determined that fixing it would cost more than replacing it. I personally would have liked a phone consultation to get a possible range of cost BEFORE paying over $100 to learn that repair was ill advised.
