As usual, Nathan was on time and did a fine job of fixing our microwave oven. We sleep better at night knowing hat Sears is watching over all of our appliances.

Service was great

My repair person was personable. He was thorough and explained what he was doing. I appreciated his explanations as he checked all the components of the dryer. He was also very timely. He arrived within the time frame he specified when calling me. I will use Sears again. I always have! Thank you.
