The physical service was outstanding as usual. The Tech did a perfect job. The only problem I had was the extended wait time I had to undergo to get him here. It was almost a month and a half. Way out of line. Had this been a real serious problem I would have been in tough shape, as I am 72 years old and depend 100% on the heat pump working. I see change on the horizon and it scares me to think I committed for five years of this delay style of service. I hope not. I have always been pro Sears, now I am re-thinking my decision. Good luck for you folks that might read this post. I hope the Sears management team knows what they are doing.
