Repairmen were courteous fast and did an excellent job. Prts took one week to arrive, but they could not schedule to install the parts till the second week. From the time I called, it was about a three-week process to repair the washer.

Everything about the repair process was great except for the two week wait for parts and the rescheduled appointment, despite pre-diagnosis over the phone on the initial call for service.
