This was the 3rd visit in a 1 1/2 yrs. Different contractors each time. This contractor got it right. Rep was the best. I gave 5 stars for this visit. If I had to rate for all prior services, 1 star.although it took a while to get out here the rep quickly determined the problem.he didn't have the right coolent with him he did locate some in town.he was able to resolve the problem and it was taken care of that day and i did not have to wait for another appt.my house is cool and i am very happy.
