The work was done just fine. Altho the dryer still makes a loud sound. The wrong lid that was shipped must be the wrong one. There is no magnet to hold the lid up to the washer. Another appointment needs to be made.

They were in and out in record time. Corrected the refrigerator problem and provided additional maintenance information.

Our technician Felipe was definitely 5 star. But the experience in dealing with the representatives on the phone was probably the worst I have ever had. If it were not for Felipe I would be very willing to never do business with Sears again, after decades of buying from Sears. As it is I will have to think hard about getting any appliances from Sears. If there was anything that Sears did to respond to this I would be quite shocked, but in a positive sense. Thank you Felipe

I live in a very small home with my husband, daughter, son-in-law and their baby, my grandson. My grandson in two, and as you can imagine, he is making messes all the time. We depend on our washer, and so when it stopped working, we were in big trouble. The repairman came out and saved the day! Not only did he repair the washer, but offered to service our dryer while he was here AND he changed the way the door opened on the dryer which made my life in our tiny house SO much better! Thank you for the great job that was timely and cost effective. I surely appreciate the quality of the service repair and the friendly, respectful service. I would like to give a shout out to the guy who came to my house, but I can't remember his name (I am sorry about that). Kudos to him!
