Only giving this a 5 star because the technician got our machine fixed quickly and he was helpful and knowledgeable. However, Sears AI and scheduling is a 1 star! Their platform, lack of human contact and absentee customer service leaves the customer lost and waiting endlessly for support and service. We had to reschedule our appointment 3 times because the AI system never informed “whoever” to schedule out a technician. Finally more than 25 days after our claim was submitted we got someone to fix our machine.
