The technicians never showed up in the entire day. We waited from 8 AM TO 5 PM and no vehicle ever pulled into the drive way. No one knocked on the door not rang the doorbell. We didn’t even get a call from the technicians. Our stove still has a cracked glasstop in need of repair.

Been waiting for 4 months to get my mower fixed. No calls no emails explaining why he rescheduled the mower to be fixed 3 different times. I was unable to mow all summer and finally in November when the freezes started he showed up and repaired the mower. Customer service is horrible, and because of this repairman I will never buy anything from Sears again. I’m telling anyone I know the same thing. I have a warranty for a reason, not to be put on a back burner.
