They did not put all the parts needed. The light was not installed. The tech said the oven turns on so it's ok. But. Yes. The oven turns on then it turns off andnoyr food doesn't cook. The oven cleaner isn't working ...and we told sears tech. But they only fixed the burner and nothing else! Poor service.

My technician never showed up. I got a message saying my technician was at my house and fixed my issue I could not get a hold of a live person to help me. Worst service ever.

I would give zero stars if I could! I took time off work to meet our technician between 1 and 5 PM, but the scheduled time kept getting pushed later and later. Ultimately, the technician never showed up. There's no way to contact anyone by phone; everything is handled through an AI system, which is not helpful at all. When I tried to reschedule, I was pushed another week out, which is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this service.

The technicians never showed up in the entire day. We waited from 8 AM TO 5 PM and no vehicle ever pulled into the drive way. No one knocked on the door not rang the doorbell. We didn’t even get a call from the technicians. Our stove still has a cracked glasstop in need of repair.

Been waiting for 4 months to get my mower fixed. No calls no emails explaining why he rescheduled the mower to be fixed 3 different times. I was unable to mow all summer and finally in November when the freezes started he showed up and repaired the mower. Customer service is horrible, and because of this repairman I will never buy anything from Sears again. I’m telling anyone I know the same thing. I have a warranty for a reason, not to be put on a back burner.
