My repairman actually showed up, yea! Two other appointments were not as successful. One the repairman never showed up and when I inquired the AI said I'd have to reschedule. The next time they canceled the appointment and reschedule without talking to me at all and without an explanation. Very frustrated and when we were finally able to get a hold of someone in person (also very difficult we need someone as soon as possible but no success. However, this repairman did show up and even update his emails to let me know he was coming and on his way. Thank you Charles!

Finally got my SUV running (been sitting for several months) and had been driving around for a few weeks. Went to Grease Monkey for wipers. Jason, doing their standard inspection, discovered I didn’t have brake lights…been driving illegally! He efficiently fixed that issue. Then topped off my oil and washers fluid and inflated all my tires (very low) all for free! I did pay for the wipers and bulbs but I am now legal! Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My guys for all my automotive needs. Melvin
