Technician was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I rate Charles 6 on a 1-5 scale. My complaint is with no breakdown of costs, and the fact the $149 show up fee is not shown as applied to total cost. Even if the part was $200, labor was maximum 30 minutes and close to $1000. THIS is extreme!!!

My repairman actually showed up, yea! Two other appointments were not as successful. One the repairman never showed up and when I inquired the AI said I'd have to reschedule. The next time they canceled the appointment and reschedule without talking to me at all and without an explanation. Very frustrated and when we were finally able to get a hold of someone in person (also very difficult we need someone as soon as possible but no success. However, this repairman did show up and even update his emails to let me know he was coming and on his way. Thank you Charles!
