The technician himself was nice enough but didn't do a very good job. When scheduling appointments, the company decided to reschedule several days earlier than the original appointment and only send me a text the morning of the new appointment. When you have a job and need to take a day off to let the technician in your house this is very inconvenient. It happened 2x. At any rate the dishwasher works now even if it doesn't look the best cosmetically
