The technician arrived on time, was very respectful, and tried his very best. The only reason I gave this four stars instead of five is that our outdoor grill was unfixable, no fault of Hiss. Just no parts available nowadays apparently. A disappointment, but not a surprise.as it seems that’s the way it is today in our throwaway society.

Frank was great at the appointment and fix things quickly incompetently. The scheduling system, though was pretty screwed up. It took five weeks to get the parts in and installed because seared canceled one of our appointments. And they only service my area, Anacortes, Washington, once per week.

I was happy with the tech, John, and the ease of getting an appointment. The only thing I'd like to see different is better communication about likely appointment time. The window of 8:00 to 5:00 is to big and understanding how and when I'd get updates, would be helpful.
