He kept us informed as to his arrival, greeted us cordially and was very careful in protecting the surfaces of our home. Bill was wonderful. My refrigerator is a piece of garbage. I bought not even two years ago and everything is going out. Definitely not happy with my purchase and will never buy an appliance from Sears again.

Very professional and thorough. I am very happy with the experience and saved me tge hassle of loading the machine to run to a shop. Fixed it in my home and now we can dry our laundry. It was great. One day I called. The next day it was fixed.
