My apologies if this is viewed across Google, I would prefer only to Sears, but that option is not available that I've seen. The repair was made and time will tell how long it lasts. Sears Home Service never indicated to me of any warranty on the repair. The technician order the parts and the $358 part did not arrive. I was not given any information of the order placed, i.e., ordered from whom and any tracking in formation. After days of attempting to speak to a human being in Sears support to help me track and speak with the vendor for the order, I had to buy a second part on my own. I feared I would be refused the repair without the part. I paid for everything up front $886, and if I was not getting the $358 part, would I get cancelled and lose all the money? The technician made the repair and the machine is working again. Sears said they would speak to Amazon who supposedly delivered the part, but no-one has gotten back to me. I have to assume the mistake was that I had the technician have the part delivered to me, not him. I did get an email that parts were delivered to the technician, but that was AI talking. Probably the Amazon van was followed and thieves stole it from my porch, but my security camera never saw the delivery or thieves stealing it. No more deliveries to my home. Lessons learned. :(

John was very knowledgeable and set our mind at ease on what was going on with our oven. John was able to find the problem and fix it quickly. It was a couple of burnt wires in the back. The oven is back in operation. Thank you.
