This was a good experience for me. It happened earlier than the posted time, but that was a relief and not a problem. This second time he was here, I was struggling and he saw to it that I got taken care of today. He is so good at what he does and a kind man.

He kept us informed as to his arrival, greeted us cordially and was very careful in protecting the surfaces of our home. He worked diligently and informed us as to the cause and effect of the problem. Frank was a pleasure to have in our home and a credit to the Service Provider. Highly recommended Technician.

Bill was wonderful. My refrigerator is a piece of garbage. I bought not even two years ago and everything is going out. Definitely not happy with my purchase and will never buy an appliance from Sears again.

Very professional and thorough. I am very happy with the experience and saved me tge hassle of loading the machine to run to a shop. Fixed it in my home and now we can dry our laundry. It was great. One day I called. The next day it was fixed.
