Bill was great. Friendly, helpful, considerate and explained everything to me with patience and a smile 😊 He couldn't get through to home club service insurance which I know was frustrating for him. He did his best for me and kept trying to get some helpful answers. I certainly recommend this company.

The technician arrived on time, was very respectful, and tried his very best. The only reason I gave this four stars instead of five is that our outdoor grill was unfixable, no fault of Hiss. Just no parts available nowadays apparently. A disappointment, but not a surprise.as it seems that’s the way it is today in our throwaway society.
