I really don't want my name and address to go public, but the service experience was great. I believe in maintaining my equipment rather than replacing and adding to the landfill. I like my Kenmore washer and Whirlpool dryer they are quality items that are made to be repaired rather than replaced. Many thanks to Bill for doing an excellent job.

John did a great job of installing the new part. He was conscientious of not making a mess and actually helped clean up the space/mess discovered when he pulled the stove out from the wall.
