Bill is my favorite Sears technician. He’s very efficient, explains what is wrong and what it will take to repair my appliance, and he cleans up after and then some.

Frank was great troubleshooting and fixing our problem, and it was helpful that he communicated his timeframe for arrival, as our house is a rental and I needed to be there to authorize and pay for the repair. Your Internet scheduling is also very convenient, and your updates via email and text are extremely appreciated. You have a very good and effective model.

Service was very good. Pleasant. Was disappointed that this service does not provide disposal of removed contents that was replaced by new equipment. Why wasn't I informed of this by anyone. I have a big problem now
