Repair tech guy was great; he installed the new pump on our washer and then we discovered that the computer/board was also malfunctioning and would need replaced; washer would not drain with just a new pump. He did all he could with the info he had, but the part needed is no longer in production so we will have to buy a new washer. It's too bad that the first Sears repair guy wasn't able to diagnose all of that; we could have saved $400 in labor/parts and bought a new washer on black Friday.

He did a great job of keeping me informed about when he would arrive. After he arrived he quickly dealt with the problem and told me what to do if it happened again. He also gave me an estimate of the cost of replacing the part if it should come to that.
