Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The technician gave me zero notice before showing up, waited only a few minutes, trespassed through multiple closed gates, and even went into my backyard to take a picture of my back door without permission. When I tried to call Sears Home Services, I discovered they have no humans available — just an AI phone system that offers no way to escalate a complaint. Being told to leave a complaint in the “order details” section, which the technician can see, is unsafe and ridiculous. Appalling service and zero accountability.

Technician was very friendly and professional but my refrigerator is still not making ice and when I tried to call back and the AI assistant was no help at all.

We had Sears come out and repair our refrigerator. We were told there was a 90 day warranty on their work. Less than one week went by and the refrigerator quit working. We immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day (Friday). We were texted the morning of the appointment that they were unable to come that day and would come on Monday. Monday comes and we receive another text that again Sears was unable to come and they wanted us to reschedule the following week! we seem to be getting the run around now that they have our $1300. I will never use Sears again!

100% AI and phone tree. Can’t talk to any human. Service window was from 8am to 5pm with constant changes. Then nothing from anyone. Status stopped updating 1.5 hours after latest eta. Worthless

The technician did not show up and no work was completed. There was no actual contact with a human. A phone call would have been appreciated and the fact that the apartment number was left off of the work order could have been rectified immediately and not wasted everyone's time. An entire day of work was lost for this non appointment!! Not happy at all.

First, John L (technician) was great. No complaints about him. However, this was one of the most ridiculous, frustrating service events I have ever experienced. It has taken 7 weeks to get my cooktop replaced. I lost 3 entire days waiting for a tech to show up. One day “Ruben” called at 3:30 to tell me no one was coming. Another day no one showed up at all. After spending too much time with “customer support” I was told the tech called that morning and I didn’t answer. That was a bold faced lie. My phone was with me, turned on, charged etc, all day long. And forget getting in touch with anyone local to offer any assistance. I wish there was another option in my area for service but there’s not. If indeed this is affiliated with Sears, it’s an indication why Sears is no longer. Good Luck!

The repeted automated phones calls day of services requiring return calls after you canceled. The fact that my insurance agent and I were both told untruths. I was denied access to supervisor/manager. Still no contact from said supervisor/manager. 2 different service people, 3 service calls and every blooming time the #### automated phone calls by the parts department. For days in a row.
