Don was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. My ovens seem to have a consistency issue with the problems I am having and I hope the recalibration Don performed will fix it. Time will tell. I would highly recommend Don as a service technician.

Great Refrigerator Repair Service
I had issues with my Samsung Refrigerator Ice Box. I contacted Sears and scheduled a repair. The repair tech, Dave called me on the day of repair and gave me a heads up that my home was next on the schedule and is 20mins away. Dave came and I gave him a summary of the issue. Dave diagnosed the issue caused by the ice build up and expertly fixed the issue and resolved fully. Dave explained the steps he took to disassemble to fix and reassemble.
