The technician was on his second visit after parts were received. He was punctual, professional and fixed a 1993 Whirlpool washer (yep still running!) and we are happy campers as I have been told from friend their washers, top brands had to have repair with six years so old is good if you find parts. Excellent service. I was able to easily track when the technician would arrive and he called 25 minutes before he arrived. He knew his exactly what was going on and explained everything clearly to me. It was a great experience! 5 stars for sure.
